Monthly plan: Payment will be made at the time of application, and you will be automatically charged on the same day every month thereafter.
Annual plan: Payment is made at the time of application, and you will be automatically charged annually thereafter.
If there is a free trial, the first charge will be made after the free period ends.

■ Service launch date

Once payment is complete or you have applied for a free trial, you will be able to use the service immediately.

■ Application expiration date

There is no specific deadline unless it is clearly stated on the application page.

■ About cancellation (contract period/automatic renewal)

This service is an automatic renewal system.
If you wish to cancel, please complete the cancellation procedure via My Page or support email by the day before your next renewal date.
After cancellation, no further charges will be incurred.
There are no pro rata refunds.

■ Refund and cancellation policy

Due to the nature of digital services, we are unable to offer refunds after the service has begun.
In cases where we deem it unavoidable, such as duplicate payments or a serious system failure, we will deal with the matter individually (please contact us within 7 days).
